Real zone boundary, and real object coordinates, CI and PSM values, read live from PASSPORT_REGISTRY through the TIA backend (computeTIA) — same colour science (400–700nm mapping, IDW power-2 interpolation) as the production Spectral CI Map. CI_zone, ΔCI_zone and the decision verdict below are the real TIA computation (TIA_Article §5.5). Per-type intervention magnitudes (A2/A13/B6/…) are still a simplified stand-in for the full 25-type impact classification — pending. Nothing here writes to the live registry. Requires an internet connection (CARTO tiles + Apps Script backend).
